“I do NOT recommend placing your deceased loved ones in the hands of this fraudulent and incompetent funeral home. My family made that mistake and we had terrible and painful experience. I personally met with Justin and reviewed the contract of what he was going to do. The services in Memphis were completed. The nightmare began when he was suppose to gather the documentation to send my uncles remains to Mexico. He did NOT complete it and was dishonest about the process. My family and I contacted him in numerous occasions. Several weeks went by and we did not hear from Justin. My mother traveled to Mexico to be with their mother. My family contacted another funeral home and received some guidance from them. I had to take off from work and complete the process Justin was incapable of. He still did not answer the phone and continued to give us the run around with his staff. I had to take off work to assist and complete what was necessary. After gathering all the required documents and providing them to Justin. He was still NOT able to complete the process. This led me contact a funeral home from Mexico to come and take my uncles body to Mexico, costing more money. This process lasted approximately 7 weeks. It would have lasted longer had I not taken charge of the situation. This is disrespectful to anyone who has lost a loved one. Justin kept all of our money. We asked for a refund for the services he did not complete. He gave us the run arounds. AVIOD THIS PLACE!!!”
