My mom passed away after 5 p.m. on a Friday, and I called SouthCare right away. I spoke with Tabitha, who was kind, compassionate, and reassuring from the very first conversation. After I provided my mom’s name and location, Tabitha personally called me back just a couple of hours later to let me know they had picked her up and that she was safely at their secure facility. That follow-up meant so much to me. She promptly sent the paperwork electronically, making the process simple and convenient. On Monday, I received a call from my specialist, Sheree, who clearly explained the next steps and let me know when my mom would be ready. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. By Thursday, I was able to pick up my mom, and Sheree had the death certificates ready at the same time, which made things so much easier for our family. SouthCare was compassionate, organized, and respectful throughout the entire process. “I chose them based on google reviews. And o boy did I regret it!!! It was a terrible loss to me of my very loved one which I have not yet recovered from. Experience with Southcare was pretty bad right from the start. Different people gave different information on the phone, even weekday and weekend people were different. Price quoted on phone and on website is way lower than when you actually go there and suddenly the price for Hindu ceremony is much higher. The front desk person, I believe Kisha is her name was super unhelpful and very arrogant and rude right from the start. She messed up everything from the microphone during the service and blamed us for not using it right, gave the cost estimate wrong and refused to fix it, was of no help with the death certificate and the list goes on!! It was not until I asked to speak to her boss and she set things right. I have no idea why the owner/ manager would run the business to the ground with such a bad front desk employee!”
