We had fortunately purchased a policy just a few months prior, and I am so thankful we did. Additionally, they were able to hold her ashes until we have our service this summer, which has given us the time we need to plan a proper farewell. Both Andrea and Ellen were empathetic, kind, and provided so much helpful information. They treated us with genuine care and made a painful situation much more bearable.
