“For over a year I have been dealing with my mothers grave marker and this cemetery has consistently made errors and FORGOTTEN about my mother completely when it comes to her grave marker. They initially ordered the wrong size picture for her plaque and communicated that to me via text that they will be ordering a new picture. I moved out of state and was unable to check on my mother until I came back to visit 9 months later. And there was no picture!!! They apologized and said it got missed through the cracks somehow. An entire person's memory was forgotten by their team! Very upsetting. However they said they would order the picture again and it would arrive within 3 weeks. It has been a month now and I had my father check on it as I no longer live in California. Still no picture! He spoke to the office and they ordered the wrong size again!! I am very upset and hurt. My mother deserves more respect than this cemetery and team are showing. On top of this issue my mothers flower vase has gone missing TWICE! The first time I communicated with Maricela that I was upset and was given no explanation, I was left on read and ignored. The second time it happened Anthony took over and explained that it might have sank. Either way it is very upsetting that it took so long to get an explanation and because of how many errors and how long things are taking I no longer trust them. I am hurt and upset, this is now the 4th issue I've had with this cemetery and I would NOT recommend burying someone you love and care for here as their staff will not respect their memory. R.I.P Joanne Marie Morales. The cemetery may not care about you but I love you and will always speak up for you.”
