“Can I see your General Price List?”

Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.

“I ordered a headstone for my mother n law April 6th, the owners daughter was very helpful during the ordering process. We gave a $700 deposit and she gave us her personal cellphone number and told me the headstone would be ready in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I reached out to her via text and no response, so I called and again no response! I called the shop and the owners son said he would call me back with an update, 2 days later no call! So I called the shop again and the son answered, he did apologize for not calling back and told me “I think they’re working on your order right now because I see that they just need to add the picture, it should be ready by tmrw morning” and I told him I would wait for his call so I can pick it up. Today is May 15th and still have not heard back from them and still have no headstone for my mother n law.”
