“On August 20th we laid my moms two sisters to rest and My mom passed on August 21st we laid her to rest on August 28th. After the funeral she was being cremated. I'm sitting around waiting for the funeral home to call me. And no one ever called me so after three weeks I called them. They stated that they would have to see if my mom's things were there. They would get back to me. Another 2 weeks went by no call from them or anything. Now we are in October, i called stating to the lady about mom and blanket prayer cards she said what is your mom name and the is complementary and i said i paid for the service and should receive everything. Now pissed and crying indis belief. They took my named down as in previous calls that I have made to the funeral home with no response. Finally after another 2 weeks I called. They said they had her belongings with nothing else. . They said you can pick her up anytime. They didnt say anything about an appointment or anything. I called them on Saturday to pick up my mom's remains. And they told me that oh, it's Saturday we are close. Did you call to make appointment Noone told me to call and make a appointment. Me piss right now 😠 because the tone in the womens voice. I didn't receive any prayer cards or blanket from my mom's service. The furneral director did say he would order me another blanket the company was backed up. It hurts me to have to write a review like this. Because I know of Harvey was still running the place and wouldn't be nothing like this. Some considerations should be shown for the person that's grieving. I will attempt again to reach out to the furneral home. To pick up my moms remains. Once again, I paid for service and i deserve the service that I paid for or a refund for pain and suffering. Devastated with grief and a broken heart. PS only chose Judkins funeral home. Because that's who my family chose when they laid my other family members to rest.”
