“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Larry and his son, Jeremy, are extremely hard to deal with. They will promise you return calls or emails, but you will never receive them. They are both full of empty promises and just completely unprofessional. Turns out, my dad passed around the same time that Larry had his run-in with the law on Natchez Trace, so my father's headstone never even actually got ordered. They have continually been unable to provide me the original receipts of when it was ordered. I have been there in person, via phone, via emails, still nothing. Please avoid this funeral home to save yourself the headache that is dealing with the Parkers!”
