“Everyone I encountered at Fisk Funeral Home treated me with kindness and respect and explained the options for my husbands remains in understandable and courteous detail. Prior to his passing, I called and spoke with Bonnie. I had fortunately not been in a position previously to need to make final arrangements for a loved one and did not know what to do or what to expect. Bonnie took the time to walk me through the process and all of the options available to me. That discussion brought me comfort in knowing that upon my husbands death, I already knew what I wanted and what needed to be done. My husband passed in the very early morning hours and the very kind and compassionate representatives from Fisk came to retrieve him within an hour of our call. I sadly did not get their names so cannot specifically mention them by name in this review. I do however want to express my sincere appreciation to each of them for the dignified way in which they handled things and the compassion that they expressed to myself and our daughter. Finally, we met with Tom on the day of my husbands passing to complete the necessary paperwork and make final decisions for his final arrangements. Tom was very kind, professional, courteous and took the time to lead my daughter and I through the process. Fisk met each and every exception that was promised to me when I received the referral to them from Colena Henderson at Kindred Hospice. My experience was a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in their time of need.”
