We would like to thank the Sanford Miller-Boles family for the most wonderful , outstanding service provided for Mercedes Argentina Auria on the weekend of Sept 12-14th, 2025. We can't thank you all enough for the upmost care, love, kindness and excellence you all provided for our entire family. Everything was done to perfection the entire small and big details. We felt at ease of how the entire process went that weekend. We want to thank from the bottom of our hearts and recognize the outstanding staff member's that made everything so perfect for my mother's funeral. “We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this funeral home. About a year ago, we purchased a specific burial plot/land from them with the understanding that it was reserved for our family. Recently we discovered that the same piece of land we had already bought was resold and that someone else had been buried there. This situation has been heartbreaking and frustrating for our family. We trusted the funeral home to handle such sensitive matters with care and professionalism, but instead we’ve been left dealing with confusion and emotional distress during an already difficult time. We expected honesty, clear communication, and respect for our purchase and our loved ones, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met. We hope the funeral home takes responsibility for this mistake and puts procedures in place to ensure no other family has to go through what we did.”
