Mickie & her entire team of angels saved my family yet again. When I got the call about my mom while in Montana. They not only did it all but they did it with class & dignity & honored my mothers passing so peacefully! This allowed me to greave & the time to collect myself. She helped to guide me in every step of the way during the most difficult time of my life! I was able to say goodbye to my mother due to the staff making her beautiful, in a respectful way because of the care & loving hearts of the Advantage staff all her wishes were able to be honored. They handled everything with loving & caring hearts! What more could you ask for? Some angels don’t have wings or a halo but Mickie definitely is doing Gods work! “I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Michele Bailey and the team here! It is not easy taking care of the final phase of a loved ones life while dealing with grief. We had to find a funeral home quick and did a search based on proximity and ratings which proved to be a God send. Michele met us and was very understanding and helpful throughout the process, was available when I had a question or concern, helped with the obituary and even changed it when needed. When time came to plan services, she had all the answers and set up the entire Veterans Service and led me with helpful guidance and instruction. She phoned and kept us in the loop during the entire process and when time came to retrieve our loved ones remains, again she went above and beyond with prayer handouts, printed obituaries, copies of the death certificate and instuction with a form for the services. I never expected to receive such a high level of personal attention! I am still in awe of how much Michele showed empathy, listened and gave such personal care during the entire process. She later helped when I called to get necklaces made for my nieces and again all the details were precise. Thank you for having such a wonderful and caring person who truly understands what people are going through with the ability to handle them gently. Michele made the entire process so much easier to deal with than I could have ever hoped for. A true gem!!”
