“I would give this experience 0 stars if I could. I called ahead of time to see if they had Ice Mountain Sparkling Water in Lime available because I would have to travel a total of 46! miles to get it. I spoke with a really nice woman who told me they had 3 in stock. So, I drove there and spoke with the grocery manager by the name of Colleen (I believe that is her name), who told me that had none. I told her the conversation I had with the the woman I spoke with (at the time I could not remember her name). She was adamant that they had none and wouldn't even go and look for the three that the other woman told me she was going to save for me! Disgusting! The worst possible customer service ever! So, I drove a total of 46 miles for nothing! When I got home, I saw that the really nice woman's name was Sarah. I called the store back and spoke with Colleen and told her who I spoke with, and she said, "Well, I don't know where Sarah put them", and I said, "But you couldn't even go look!" As far as I'm concerned, Colleen is lazy and shouldn't hold the position of grocery manager. Couldn't even go look. And you're supposed to be a role model?”
