“What I ordered versus what my mother received were two different things. I paid for extra roses and there was one in the arrangement. I don’t know why there is cheap grocery store filler that the colored water didn’t get all absorbed, but I was over charged and under delivered. Truly disappointing . It was just ugly too.”
