“Changing my 5 star to a 1 star is being generous. After hearing how my mother was ripped off by this funeral home which I now find out did NOTHING but take several thousands of dollars from her, Douglas and Johnson should be ashamed. An elderly woman retrieving ashes of her dead son from you after the work was all done out of state should not have to cost her several thousands of dollars. I find out that all she did was PICK THEM UP after they were sent to you, you do nothing but call her to let her know they arrived and hold them up until she PAID that kind of money???? You did no planning. You had no memorial. You handed her a box and stole thousands of dollars off her. This should be investigated criminally. You took advantage of an elderly woman's grief. What a disgrace.”
