After my wife came to the USA, we finally had a baby for our first time on February 9, 2026 but in less than an hour she passed away. On Sunday, February 15, 2026, we managed get to see Mr. Broady who seems to be the director to the Hooker’s Funeral Home and we agreed to have him call us after he pick our daughter’s body from the medical examiner in Nashville but he never called until I decided to call on Friday, February 20th, 2026 the medical examiner first who told me they released the body since Monday, February 16, 2026 and then I called funeral home to understand why they never called us yet they had all of our information and nothing convincing came out of secretary’s mouth and then we decided to get there in person to understand what they were trying to say over the phone and they told to our faces they already cremated our newborn baby and we should take the ashes. We decided not to do so and went back home. 3 days after, on Monday February 23rd, 2026, they never called us to apologize for their unprofessional behavior until we went back there the same day to get the ashes of our newborn they burned without asking us to come and confirm if that was the right body and with giving a last word to our baby as we agreed. I won’t recommend their services to anyone who cares for their loved ones. Those people are extremely cruel and only care for money ($1350 to cremate a newborn) but they don’t have deserve to be supported by their kind when they don’t know how to deal with people’s feelings.”

“I gave one star ONLY because I couldn't post with none, but they truly do not deserve that. They are very, very, VERY disrespectful. They professionalism they demonstrate is a front and for show. And they are, quite frankly to put it nicely, MEAN. And on top of all that, they're not even good at it. They did a HORRIBLE job on our loved one! ALL that matters to them is MONEY! Please don't make the same mistake of entrusting the care of your deceased loved one to them- no amount of apologies can change the damage that's ready done. There are TOO many other providers that are truly worthy of it. This shows that sometimes it doesn't pay to support our own. I think they should do us all this huge favor and SHUT IT DOWN!”

“I was there for a funeral of a dear friend of mine. During the service the preacher felt it necessary to make a derogatory comment about me being transgender. This type of hate absolutely does not belong in a funeral service!! If you or any of your family are from the LBGTQ community I would go anywhere else to have my family member late to rest”
