Also, we never felt pressured to purchase anything we did not want or need (no pressure or even low pressure upselling,) nor did we feel as though my vulnerable position was being taken advantage of in any way to get me to “buy.” My family and I were so grateful for such a positive experience at what has been a shattering time. We now consider Legacy to be our family funeral home when our time comes again.”
