“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

I have been at that cemetery more times then I care to recall but this is the worst I have ever seen it. Every time I have gone to visit my grandmother and uncle their headstone has been grown over and covered in dirt, not only theirs are grown over but others as well. I go out of my way to scrape the dirt off of those resting who don’t have any more family to come do it for them. Clean off your headstones, and maintain the property better. What happened?”
