“Our family has several plots at Woodlawn and have been fortunate to work with Gina Martin. She cares about the family needs and has helped us with the burial process for our grandmother and additional family members. Woodlawn has changed ownership throughout the years and I've had to work with several representatives throughout the course of the change that have really disappointed and even ruined our burial ceremony. I will not work with anyone but Gina. She is the only one our family trusts to provide services and ensure that our family needs are met. We truly value her expertise and dedication to our family. We highly recommend her to help you in your time of need.”

“To anyone looking for a final Resting place this is the spot, Woodlawn has need a big part of our lives with well kept grounds and stellar service. The Family Service councilor Gina Martin assisted in all the final preparations and service. Her companion and caring for the family goes without words. Through our sorrows she was a welcome bright light of caring and compassion. She guide us every step of the way. Thank you Gina for making us feel like part of your Woodlawn family.”

“Our family worked with Woodlawn Cemetery for the burials of both of our parents. The staff we interacted with, especially Gina, was always compassionate, and we appreciated the kindness shown during emotional times. However, we experienced significant challenges with organization and communication. Emails sent and phone calls made to Gina often went unanswered until something became urgent, which created unnecessary stress during already difficult moments. Important documents were requested at the last minute, despite earlier assurances that everything was in order. We also encountered delays and errors with the headstone, and follow through on offered gestures did not occur. We are grateful for the compassion we received, but we hope the cemetery will improve its communication and organizational processes so future families can feel more supported and confident during their time of grief.”
