“I would love to start with wanting to express my gratification for them working to make this less stressful for my Family. My words will sound like a mean crazy person, but this could not have gone worse. From the initial meeting where the family was not confident that the person helping us had clue what she talking about. Kept leaving us to go find answers to our questions, to having to pay a lot of money for a preplanned policy our beloved Dad thought he took care of. While pulling in the parking lot for the service I get call from the Cemetery they never delivered the Vault, to them lowering the casket into the Vault and it was too small. We had to start dismantling my Dad's Casket with screw drivers, crowbars and hammers to fit the Casket in the Vault. You have to laugh, it was so bad. I hope this was a one off for my family and this does not happen to others. We only hope now we can get the death certificates, a lot of confusion over that and during the first meeting we were given bad information about this pension and social security (our role in these) that we have since found was incorrect.”
