“Please be mindful when shopping at this location(Jones Creek) that the return policy may not be honored as explicitly outlined on the receipt. This has not been my experience at other locations. I am a loyal Pike Nursery customer. After spending over $160 on houseplants five days prior, I presented to this particular location to exchange houseplants that didn’t fare well despite placing them in my heated garage. The cashier told me “No, we only guarantee trees and shrubs.” I pointed out the return policy on the receipt which states lifetime guarantee on trees and shrubs, all other returns within 90 days with receipt. Another worker approaches and asked what happened to the plants and I told him I had them in my heated garage. He stated, “No, we can’t take them.””

“This is a mixed review. I've visited this location for years and made lots of purchases. I like the quality and the employees are generally friendly and helpful. Shout out to Hank who has talked to me at length on some of my selections and always offers to help, along with Kirsten. There are many others too, but those names are familiar to me. However, I visited this location on 12/20/25 and had an unpleasant experience with another team member. I got in line to check out and was behind another customer. Another employee was at another register but seemed to be doing paperwork and didn't acknowledge me or offer assistance. After I had been in line for about 3-4 minutes a 3rd customer got in line behind me and this employee immediately offered to help her, to which she agreed. I had to call them both out as I was the next customer and they both should have easily recognized and acknowledged that. The customer was apologetic, but the employee didn't offer any apology and just walked away after ringing her up. I believe I have encountered this rude gentleman before and hate to think he may be treating customers differently based on a personal bias. He's giving your location a bad reputation. Do better Pike Nurseries of Johns Creek.”
