Directors Rebekah and Paige were so caring, calm, patient and kind. You both made the intake process easier on me and my family. Rebekah didn't leave Laura's grave side; until the entire process was completed. She refused to leave Laura alone during the "final" process. That's love. That's dedication to the soul, that she is in charge of laying to rest. Melanie became a friend. She did an outstanding job, to set the room; to share a bit of her life. Almost like she understood her and "got her". She showed such concern, compassion, caring, and love; for Laura, her family, and me. Thank you; from the bottom of my heart, and all that is my soul. And let's not forget Marlin, the wonderful emotional support dog. His understanding of your needs and compassion were another true blessing. There are so many more people; that worked behind the scenes, to make sure that Laura was as beautiful in repose; as she was in life. I know, "its their job"; but it's more than that. So much more. They are huggers. Why? Because they are genuine. They genuinely care about each and every soul; that they receive. They genuinely do care, about the families and friends, that walk through their doors; to visit and honor the loved ones in their care. They genuinely do deeply care for us all; during this, the worst times of our lives. This is the third time, that my family and I have used their services and their support. Its truly; a blessing to have had such wonderful people; care for MY Laura. I cannot thank you all enough. I actually haven't the words. Thank you. I know that Laura thanks you, too.
