Despite repeatedly confirming with the staff in writing who my mom’s remains were to be released to, they still released them to the wrong person. They never offered so much as an apology. There was no accountability or empathy from the director/owner. To have my mom’s ashes mishandled in this way has added unnecessary trauma to my grieving process. I urge anyone considering this funeral home to think carefully. What happened to me should never happen to anyone else.”
