“Can I see your General Price List?”

“When my sister passed away, it was such a shocking and tragic time for my mom because she was only 30 years old. My mom couldn’t bear to make the arrangements, so I met with Jessica to do so. Jessica helped me so much, she was so kind and made the process of setting up the arrangements as easy as they could possibly be. I’ve never been in this position and she helped me every step of the way. Jessica also went above and beyond in her role. My sister was apart of a reality tv show that brought forth a lot of hateful people. I had to message Jessica late at night one night because someone left a rude and nasty comment on my sisters tribute wall. Jessica handled it and much more that she didn’t have to do, but she did so that my family felt safe and comfortable moving forward. I appreciate Jessica so much and without her help, I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the arrangements. Eric was with us on the day of my sisters service and he was absolutely wonderful as well! We made him aware of the situation (had to have the local police on standby and we also had an armed guard there as well) and he was beyond accommodating.
