“I visited HillCrest this morning around 7:15am I needed assistance finding my grandmothers gravesite due to me not being in the area in over 7 years. I went to the front office wasn’t a person in site.Thankfully a young man named Antonio saw me looking and asked did I need his help. He came and helped me find my grandmothers site with no issue. Very respectful, and well mannered he even talked to me for a few to make sure I was fine. Just wanted to give him a shout out and HillCrest should thank this young man because if he wouldn’t have showed up, I would have left and had to come back at a later time. “They removed my partners grandmothers grave decorations we had out. ( two small windmills, not even a foot tall, and a metal heart that said grandma) . We have no explanation as to where they went and now we are scared about placing more items. Not to mention, the grave right in front of hers was well decorated and with the same metal heart except is said “mom” My friends sister is buried here as well, with the same problem and they’ve even gone as far as moving a tree planted for her. I am now writing a review because others on Facebook have spoken up about it. They have no respect for loved ones items, and no explanations as to where they went. Do better or don’t work in this service. SMH”

“I really just want to take a moment to give a huge shout out Antonio Streetman. One of the men that tend to the graves. Very respectful gentleman! My family was looking for two previous plots and had no luck even with the papers from the front office. I stopped and asked a man in a tux who pointed me to Antonio without hesitation he said yes ma’am as soon as I finish this I’ll be right there (he had to put my grandmother in the ground) he never once made me feel like I was burdening him even after we couldn’t find one of the graves due to no grave stone (been 30 years since the person passed) when he realized he’d have to find it by plot numbers he went and got what he needed and didn’t hesitate to get to work for us on finding out loved one even after I said I don’t want you to have to go through all that trouble he assured me it wasn’t any trouble at all. Anyway PHENOMENAL MAN. Phenomenal service my husband and I are grateful for his help. Couldn’t have done it without him.”
