“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

“5 stars aren't enough. I spoke with Tyler regarding services for my brother that we lost way too young. He immediately acknowledged that these were arrangements no parents should have to make, and that he would support us however he could, and he absolutely kept his word.
