“Earlier this year my 91 year old father went to sleep for the last time. He graduated from the University of Michigan medical school & he went on to become an outstanding orthopedic surgeon & professor at the U of M medical school. He devoted himself to improving patients surgical outcomes & enriching his medical students abilities, understanding, & knowledge; so, it was somehow fitting that he died while receiving care at the same medical center he devoted his life to.
