“Recently, our family suffered a devastating loss. Death is never easy to navigate, but the only thing that was easy, was I knew immediately who to call to lovingly and respectfully care for our loved one. We’ve used the services of Ted Dickey four times because we can rely on them to take care of our deceased family members with care. Through each loss, they’ve been kind, respectful, considerate, sensitive and communicative throughout the entire process. Some losses require more care and delicacy like our recent loss. The person we typically work with moved locations so we ended up working with Will this time. They honored our loved one so beautifully and we are so appreciative of their efforts. There are also logistics involved and necessary paperwork. We had a minor issue with paperwork from the Drs side and Will was an amazing advocate in holding the Dr accountable for their part to ensure there were no manageable delays.
