“My Family was Victimized by this funeral home. JP Holley charged my family for services that were never delivered at the time of service. JP Holley treated my Aunt Debbie, who is 70 years old, with the most disrespect. They Made my Aunt stand in the cold outside the funeral home because it was their policy to have the family march in. My Aunt Debbie, who is 70, just came from the hospital. She's not well. She could barely stand or walk. This situation worsened her condition, especially after seeing how the service was conducted. A complaint was filed today with the Office of Inspector General's office in South Carolina. A family member paid for flowers, but we never received them. Family members were told the wrong service date; therefore arrangement could not be changed with short notice. The place looks dirty. The staff had no compassion; they were rude. The only service JP Holley is offering is Victimization.”

“Warning!!!!! JP Holley Funeral Home is the worst funeral home in Bishopville. Their Practices are very unethical. Nothing was done correctly; JP Holley Funeral Home notified my family members of incorrect dates for the service, which caused a lot of confusion and pain. The printed programs were wrong!!! 90% of the information was missing. The seats were dirty and stained, Cracked windows. JP Holley does not care about the family's loved ones. Please go elsewhere because JP Holley will not give your loved one a proper send-off. You will leave JP Holley without proper closure; JP Holley causes more pain and grief. My family is seeking Legal counsel due to fraud. You have been warned!!”
