“If I could give you zero stars, I would. We got 0 service with this company. They forgot for 17 days to send in the paperwork. They filed the insurance claim as a family member instead of a funeral home. It took 27 days to have my mother cremated!!! 27 days!!! I would not bring my dog here for funeral services.”

“I could cut and paste the previous review, but, I'm going to tell my mom's story instead. I lost my mom after almost 2 years of a hellish cancer battle on new years eve. As stated by others, they were quick to pick her up from the hospital but, unfortunately that was the end of any decent service. From insurance to the medical examiners office, they could not get it together. I had to call the M.E.'s office myself to discover Smiths dropped ball on paperwork. 16 days my mom lay waiting for missed paperwork. The life ins claim was started incorrectly, so i took over the paperwork on that. I DO NOT recommend this business. Side note, it's NEVER ok to tell a family member their loved one is being cremated as it's happening. What is wrong with you? Completely unacceptable! Heartbroken, sad, and disgusted”
