Bailey Memorial

“Please stay far away from this cemetery if you want your loved ones respected at their final resting place. I have seen multiple times were the grounds staff has run over ledger stones with the tracker and broke benches without fixing them, one next to my sons grave has been broken for 2 years and I have spoken to the Manager Jose many times about it. Also he has promised to call me back on many occasions and has failed to do so. To me he is not the kind of Manager I would want to be in charge of my loved ones final resting place but I do not have a choice in the matter as he became Manager after my wife and I buried our 18 year old son. Jose has a lack of respect for the cemetery and needs to be in a different field because to do his job he needs to have more respect and understanding to the living in order to be respectful to the buried loved ones. The only time he called me back was when I sent an email to corporate office complaining about him and his lack of caring. If I could give him o stars I would. Maybe one day he will respect people enough to actually do his job correctly. Jose you are the worst and I wish I could afford to move my son and the three other plots we bought from Bailey.”

“Let me start by saying, this place has no respect for your loved ones that have been buried here. It is hard enough that you have to say goodbye to your baby girl, and even ridiculously harder when you go visit the one place that she is located at and CANNOT EVEN FIND HER LOCATION because it has been ruined by the groundskeeper putting a mountain of dirt pile over her marker. I understand people pass away everyday and we need to make space for them, however why would you ruin someone else’s loved ones marker to bury someone else. This goes to show this place only cares about making their money finding a whatever spot to place your loved ones in and not care about spacing for anyone else’s marker. Unfortunately this is not the first time they have ruined the marker. Every time they have to go over our maker for another burial they ruin my area and never respectfully place anything back where it is supposed to go. Please please please beware of this burial location for your loved ones when looking for a small piece of paradise as this place seems to be a piece of HELL. Use my frustrations as a sign to show that if you come here it will be your frustrations too.”

“I just found out they sold my plot that ive purchased for 9,000. I only had less then 2,000 on it. I brought it, after I purchased my mothers and brother's burial places so I can be next to them. They stated they contacted me there's nothing by email or mail. They stated they contacted me through phone. I'm in the navy. They are not being honest be careful with them they sold the plot for much higher ro someone else. But they had to get rid of the current owner of the contract. They compared the situation to financing a car. If so why was I given a final notice or anything in the mail. I have a credit for 6,000 dollars towards something that i cant afford. They said they sent it to me I never got the mail, then they said it wasn't thier responsibility. As a sailor I better off at the military cemetery if I cant be next to them or buried at sea. In tears....”
