“Susan Alvarez and her team treated my family with the utmost respect. They had every detail taken care of, from creating the prayer cards to collaborating with the Funeral in Florida. My mom’s casket flew from Orlando to Chicago without a glitch. We sent them family photos, and they created the sweetest video and aired it on a large monitor in the viewing room. They stored it on a USB that came in the most beautiful case( see photo). They made arrangements with the deacon to perform the service. Everything you need, they can take care of it.
