Lynne worked with his employer, Waste Management, to have a final drive by from a garbage truck. All the little touches were so heartfelt down to the personalized garbage cans favors filled with his favorite candy. “PROFESIONAL, CARING, THOUGHTFUL STAFF. This is by far one of the best funeral home experience we have had and we have been to plenty. The facilities are perfect and every detail you can think of is taken care off before you even mention it. Sarah was extremely professional and kind the second we contacted her. Our time to sit and make arrangements she had everything organized and went by step by step, by the time she was done we had no questions unanswered. She made sure every detail was carried and done to by my mom’s wishes for dad’s funeral, service and process was done to perfection and her approval. Sarah had us come in and drop off items the day before and allow mom to process and understand how things were going to be the day of service so that she could process her grief easier. We had food for our guest as and it was set up beautiful. At the military Funeral Sarah kept us in the loop and walked mom over to have one last ride with dad. Jamie from Horizon was also extremely kind and since she spoke Spanish she was very encouraging to mom in her language. A great part of the team to have for those who speak little English to feel the support they need. We might have gone to Horizon Funeral service for dad’s arrangements and knew we would get great service but had no idea that we would be blessed with such love and care and made forever friends in Sarah and Jamie.
