I was there to support the devastated parents and their three little girls who had lost their baby sister. Maxine and John were amazing, kind and professional. They let the family have a large private room (holding the little casket) for five hours. Maxine provided the three sisters with paper and crayons so they could write letters and draw pictures for their baby sister.
