“They are terrible at record keeping. I recently visited their facility to inquire about any details they could provide on my father's funeral arrangements in 2001, specifically the legal name of the cemetery in which he was buried. Granted, this was 22 years ago but they did have paper record books from that far back and still couldn't find any entry for him. I thought maybe my father's obituary in the newspaper incorrectly listed the wrong funeral home, but I just received his death certificate and confirmed it was indeed Moore's Rosewood Chapel.”
