“My dad passed away a little over a month ago and the people at Stowers Funeral Home were amazing at helping me and my family decide his end of life plans. I'd like to personally mention Ron Rusher, as he was incredibly helpful during this difficult time for my family. There was no pressure for high sales, he took his time with my family to make sure we understood everything he was presenting, and offered his condolences on more than one occasion. He offered us privacy with my dad's urn upon pickup, went through each slide of the initial presentation thoroughly and made sure all of our questions were answered fully. His dedication to his profession is why I would highly recommend using Stowers Funeral Home. I also spoke with another gentleman over the phone, I do believe his name was Justin? He was kind, courteous, and prompt with answering my inquiry and ensuring me that my dad was in good hands. I hadn't heard back from them in about 9 business days and I was concerned about when I could bring my dad's urn home, I called in and he assured me that he would reach out to the doctor to sign the autopsy report. I got a call back from him within 10 minutes stating that everything was signed and the ball was rolling for my dad's cremation. He was very sweet when I expressed my concern about having to wait another 2 weeks for my dad and assured me that I wouldn't have to wait that long. Sure enough, about a week later I got the call that my dad was ready for pick up. The only thing I would say, and it's really not even a negative thing, was that I had initially put in my inquiry online and got a call within a few minutes to set up an initial meeting with one of the funeral directors and I still got about 2-3 calls after the fact to set up a meeting. It was mildly annoying at first, but in hindsight, it really just showed me their dedication in making sure all inquiries were handled.
