When we were too emotional to check in with them to make certain that varies paperwork had been signed - they checked in with us. They were kind, caring, and an extremely attentive. I am forever grateful for their care, concern and guidance.”

“Horrible experience with my dads funeral. I was greeted while upon singing paperwork by a woman who told me "yeah, you remember you parked infront of my house?" My father was still at this funeral home. My grandma who passed away is the neighbor to this woman I speak of. She was friends with him, he sat her porch many years, drinking beers - but now - greeting me she says this? I went there to sign paperwork and this is the experience I had. Do not recommend.”

“2 years ago we had to bury my DAD (Harry Reid Sr) Dennis funeral home was chosen because of repeat business with past family members that passed along. I am saddened to say: I still can’t stomach what I saw on the night before the funeral viewing my dad’s body. Replaying in my memory how he was laid in this casket!!! It looked like it came from a horror movie. A casket u normally see in a hunted house that she spray painted green around the rim. The Linen he lied his head on was beige and dirty. His nose was twisted to one side of his face as if it was broken. Skin black like tar. I didn’t recognise him at all. A bag of bones. Too skinny & he was very thick. She planned the funeral like she wanted it to be. What a disaster! But why? Did get anything we asked & paid for! What did we do or my father do to her? 🧐. She even changed the time of the funeral without consulting us. We were 1 hr late. How when we booked the limo’s from her too? 🤦🏽We ordered a custom band new casket and looks like she gave us something from 1950-1960. Thankfully she fixed it at the last minute because I was starting catching a fit! She agreed to let my mother pick out another casket & whatever we asked for we got(extras) ❤️. However while picking out another casket, I saw the one I originally ordered sitting on the floor w/ the paperwork attached. SMH. I will forever remember the pain we felt seeing him like that. The worst funeral home ever in my opinion. Very unprofessional & rude. Gave my mother a really hard time. She didn’t even believe he was married 😳 as if the marriage license wasn’t enough. From the beginning until the end nothing but problems . Just know everything we do in life has to be answered to God for our actions. This funeral home gets no stars from us. 🥾🫏 Her & my dad was the best of friends(until he passed)🤦🏽”
