Liz handled the whole booking and setting up process. She made it extremely easy, and went above and beyond. Liz came the day of to set up, but the restaurant/venue weren’t closed yet for the wedding. She was only able to drop off the flowers. Two hours later, Liz sent me a text letting me know she returned to set up, and everything was perfect. This itself can attest to the quality of service she strives to deliver. Liz ensured everything was set up, before leaving the venue. I’d like to point out to anyone looking to book with this florist, the hiccup we faced when going in for a consultation. We’re not from NOLA, and we had a scheduled consultation with Annie on our last day before flying back home. When we arrived and asked to speak to her, we were told she was not in. The person at the front looked confused and asked to see proof we were indeed seeing Annie. I can only assume there was a miscommunication between the team, and maybe it was not relayed she had us booked. I advise couples to confirm prior to arrival on who you're meeting and the date/time. Despite that, I cannot be happier we ended up with Liz, who was great, and made sure everything came out just as we envisioned.”
