They even went out of their way to provide us with additional services that we had not initially considered. “if I could give zero star I would. please don't be foul by 9 reviewers who gave 5-star reviews. I normally don't like writing reviews. However, this place is the most unprofessional funeral home that I encountered. There are deceiving people working there, especially the funeral director who is a Fujianese lady, she'll be very nice in the beginning just to get your business. Long story short, on the day of the funeral she was screaming at the grieving family members for not knowing the traditional Chinese rituals. Isn't it why we hire you in the first place? limousine services, food preps for the guests and so on, everything is a mess. Most unprofessional and uncompassionate staff working there period.”
