One thing I can say is always ask and say what services you want for your loved one’s funeral, such as special requests like a police escort, which sometimes people may think they are already included, the police escort services are a extra cost. “We recently had my nephew's funeral at La Paz funeral home and though the 2 staff members were very helpful and friendly, there were some things that need to be noted. #1 the pastor (husband to the CEO, which is stated on their page), seemed like he did not want to be there and gave a 7 minute speech. He also was a no show at the cemetery, which left the family and friends to speak even in their sorrow. This Mr. Mendoza was a perfect platform with young men and women, to draw them to the Lord and your speech and no show was not only unprofessional but lacked the compassion that the family needed. I pray that this review helps you to reevaluate your message and do better at showing God's love to your community. #2 is that there was no police escort. Police escort should be at every funeral, not only for respect but also for safety issues when driving to the cemetery. I rate you a 3 because I truly believe you have 2 staff members that are kind hearted and the platform and facility to do amazing!”
