I was notified on the day of shipping that they would be sending an all white lei instead of the multicolored lei we ordered. They said they did not receive the right flowers from their supplier. No discount or refund was offered. There was not enough time at this point to source leis from another company. I contacted them about the issue as I was disappointed to not receive what I had originally ordered. They offered a 10% discount on the order. It was not a good customer experience and I should not have had to be the one to ask them what they would be willing to do to make it right. I think a more reasonable refund for this type of issue on a $160 order should have been at least 20-25%.”
