“I wanted to take a moment out to write this review.I don't usually do reviews, but the service I received and the service.I have witnessed with other funerals done by Hemphill Mortuary... The service has been nothing less than outstanding. If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I would I lost my mother on Mother's Day of this year. And of course, as you can imagine, I was a wreck. All over the place and the owner of the mortuary, his name is Brian Hemphill and he is a kind, loving, God fearing man, and he had the utmost respect for my mom first and foremost. As well as for my father, My family and of course myself, the service we received for my mother's funeral was stellar! My father was so impressed.... That he told me when he dies, he wants Brian Hemphill to do his service. Brian was so professional and efficient that he actually made everything so much better for me & my family, it was easier.Thanks to Brian. My mother passed away 2 months before the service was able to take place and I was concerned about my mother's" appearance" I had seen her the day before the service. And when I seen her the morning of the service, I cried because my mother looked perfect. She looked so beautiful so peaceful.Brian did an amazing job and I can't speak enough about the service.I received. I pray that I don't lose anyone else, but if I do I absolutely positively will use Hemphill Mortuary, EVERY time. I also went to a funeral just today.For a friend's mother and Hemphill Mortuary handled that funeral as well. And like, I'm saying, everything was perfect. Mr. Hemphill is Excellent at his job. He really is good at what he does. He respects his job, The people that come through his mortuary, their loved ones and Is very professional. IF I COULD RATE HEMPHILL MORTUARY WITH 10 STARS, I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE THEM 10 STARS, BUT SINCE 5 IS THE MOST, HE GETS 5. Thank you, Mr. Hemphill for taking such good care of my mom.
