Everything was done with professionalism and kindness. We showed a few pictures and talked to Justin about what kind of a person my husband was and he wrote the perfect obituary for him. Something that I will treasure forever. Each step was done with love and care. Justin never rushed us through anything always telling us to take our time. “It’s taking me sometime to write this review. I can not express enough gratitude for the professionalism, compassion, and patience of Justin and Jessica . My sister died suddenly and we were grief stricken, angry, confused, emotions all over the place. They kept us on course and focused on planning the funeral. They considered our wishes as to how we wanted to proceed with the arrangements and burial. They answered every question supported our decisions and were transparent with the pricing and cost. They never played on our sympathy and grief to increase profit and I appreciated that. It was refreshingly ethical and they just supported us through the process. I can honestly say they went above and beyond when hours before the service the grave digger found cement in our gravesite Justin and Jessica bought sledge hammers. Justin took off his suit jacket and busted that concrete so the graveside service and burial could take place as scheduled. Jessica did some sledge hammer as well as did Mr. Edgar the grave digger. At the point Justin took off his jacket and grabbed the handle of that sledge hammer in such a selfless act I knew that this was more than just a job and another body to bury to him.
