She was able to reach out to them and get our contracts cancelled with a refund due to us, which enabled us to purchase new preplanned funeral arrangements at Hillcrest. She walked the cemetery grounds and were able to pick two new cemetery plots. You can tell she really cares about the families that come to Hillcrest and is always willing to help. “My daughter has been buried here for almost 10 years now. What used to be a beautiful resting place has turned into an absolute nightmare. Every time I come to visit my daughter and my grandma it gets worse and worse. I have complained every time and have been treated very rudely by the office manager. My complaints don’t seem to matter and things haven’t changed. Today was just awful. The grass looks so bad. There are broken things and garbage all over the place. I hate even coming here anymore. Which is so incredibly sad considering this is where my daughter is. It’s heartbreaking.”
