This has been the hardest thing to deal with, but let me say this: the staff at Faith Memorial Bessemer was amazing from the time they picked my mom up from home until they dropped us off after the service. They held my hand, gave hugs, tissues, cried, and prayed with me, offering whatever else was needed. All I asked was for them to make her look natural and beautiful. Yes, that's exactly what they did. They offered outfits we didn't choose from and even cut the price. Let's not forget they were very professional to everyone who called to make donations or send flowers. They also stayed on top of the cemetery, making sure everything was in order. The only issue was the location of the service, which they fixed within a matter of minutes. I am truly grateful for their support and care, and yes, I would recommend them to anyone.”

“They took good care of my mom’s body and made her looked beautiful at the viewing. She looked like she was sleeping. Thank you for that. However I don’t appreciate the lady not being upfront about an economy package when we first asked her about it. Very unprofessional and money hungry. Also I don’t not appreciate the dark skinned women with the short hair and glasses in the front office for being rude and unprofessional. Her alone will make me not return for any future business. Ms Jones and Cathy were the sweetest ones there thank you ladies but to the dark skinned lady you please be careful how you talk to grieving people. We are going through enough already.”
