“This establishment is absolutely appalling. My husband and I just attended a funeral service for his friend, and the staff displayed extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. Two female employees, in particular, showed remarkable incompetence and a staggering lack of empathy towards the grieving family who had just lost their son. During the rosary prayer at 7:35pm, they abruptly interrupted to inform the family and guests that we needed to expedite the proceedings as the allocated time was up at 8 pm. When a distraught family member assured them we would finish on time, they callously informed us that they needed to initiate cleanup by 7:45pm and that any additional time required would incur an hourly charge. It's astonishing that they would display such a blatant lack of compassion and empathy towards a family in mourning. The entire experience was utterly disgraceful!!! I had to give them 1 star because 0 was not an option!”
