“They did great at the services, making sure my loved one wore what we asked, coordinating with outside agencies (there were quite a few due to unique circumstances). Where they lacked was in some of the finer details. My loved one's makeup was atrocious. It was caking in all the worst places, and I didn't feel like I was looking at the same person. But what was almost unforgivable is the fact that we talked about getting fingerprints for jewelry multiple times and they didn't collect them. There's no going back now and digging them up, so that's a piece of my loved one that I'll never get back. I'm extremely disappointed and let down. Out of your other Cruces options though, this is somehow far superior.”
