I've read some reviews about this business and I'm sorry things did not go as well as you deserved. My beloved would have been very pleased at the quality of her services at AFFH. Hope Cannon was friendly, effective, and accommodating throughout the planning process and through the service. The funeral service team was excellent. The bad: There were some issues of discourtesy with the receptionist early in the process (name unknown) so I'm reducing my rating by one star. But, all in all, we were pleased.”

“I would like first to "Thank" Hope and Ms. Tammy for showing compassion, patience and grace with me during the entire process of planning my husband's Home Going Service. The entire staff were super nice and always available to take my calls when I needed additional information. The planning was seemless, with the staff arranging the military veteran salute portion of the service. The service was nice from the Reverend preaching to the musician playing. The bag I received after the service filled with the "Thank You" cards and guest sign in book, all had my husband's picture on them. I received the flag for my husband's military service and the staff made sure I even received a carry all for the flag. My husband's remains and death certificates were returned in a timely manner as well.
