“Today was one of my saddest days in my life, my fur baby "DAX" passed away in the early hours of the morning, my wife and I were devastated and needed to find a place for cremation. Luckily I found all pets, great and small, and decided to give them a call, I initially spoke to Brooke and she comfort us over the phone and told us that we would be able to do a private cremation for our DAX. We were met bye Brooke and Jeff.Both were very professional and very helpful and compassionate, jeff, talk this through the whole process. Prior to him, proceeding and let us have a better understanding of what the process entailed. I gave this establishment five stars due to their professionalism, courtesy and compassion towards the fur babies and their parents during such a hard time, i would definitely recommend all pets, great and small to anyone who needs a location to cremate their Fur babies. “We were in Arizona visiting family when the worst thing that could possibly happen did, we lost our precious Gus. I was devastated to think about leaving him in Phoenix when I didn’t live there, and I wouldn’t be able to pick him up for sometime and I didn’t know what to do. We actually left him at the emergency room And I was gonna have to fly back out to get his ashes. My family looked up your services and said we could wait for him if we brought gus to you. I was heartbroken and I was devastated and then I found out. I could actually take my baby home with me like he should be, like he has been every day of his life. We drove back from Tucson to Phoenix to the hospital and picked him up and brought him to your services where we waiting for him. It was so calming in I knew from the second we got there that it was totally the right decision and I had my baby with me that day. I would highly recommend this business to anybody that has to go through it. It’s hard to leave your baby, even though he’s not here for one second. I did not have to leave him and I wish there were many more places like yours out there. I would use your services over and over and over every time I had to with one of my precious babies. “I can't thank Andy enough helping us with our sweet Sheriff. As devastating it is to lose a pet that's part of your family is very hard. We don't think of losing our pets and when it happen to us Andy showed so much compassion and care. Dropping Sheriff off was the hardest part we had to do knowing that was our last time we would spend with him. Andy allowed us to have our time to grieve and say our last goodbye. Andy and the staff at All Pets treated us with care and comfort. It's still hard for our family for the loss of Sheriff and knowing he was taking good care of make us feel better.
