“I was not prepared to face the daunting task of making final arrangements following the death of my husband, Mitch. I was urged by the Veterans hospital to make a decision quickly, which overwhelmed me even more. Ironically sad, this extremely difficult, important decision was regarding the very person I always turned to for advice for more than two decades. I was bewildered, lost and alone on this one.
