“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

If you want/need that personal interaction while you're going through this hard time this is the place for you (for all of us). Heads up the chapel is small however it is worth the time and money you'll be getting. This place isn't all about the money they understand what you're going through and want to take care of you. They know the cost that we go through when tragedy hits they don't want you to worry. If you're looking for a funeral home this is the place to go. They definitely wont let you down and broke.”
