Minor issues - an audio file wasn't playable on the day of our service, although everything was supposedly testing and found functioning prior; gift cards from the vases of flowers and plants were removed so we weren't able to identify who gave them; removal of all ribbons from sprays at gravesite wasn't thorough; we weren't told ahead of time that a guest sign-in book would be provided and so I bought my own.
